Christmas Card 2011

Today I'm linking up with Faith's Christmas Card Carousel.

I LOVE sending out Christmas cards. Love it. And if it were free (or if I were rich whichever happens first), I would send one to each and every one of you. Although I'd buy return labels because I so dropped the ball on that one and walked around with a curled hand for half a day.

Anyway. I also love getting cards. It's kind of like those school pictures that you traded back when you were in middle/high school. I loved that too. It made me smile each time I got one (especially if it had a super awesome note written on the back). Checking my mail during Christmas time? Makes me happy. I've been known to do a little squeal when I open the box and see lots of happy cards.

I save all the cards we get each year. I also save and frame our card from each year. It's just so fun to look back at all of them. We used Shutterfly again this year and as usual I was more than pleased with the quality of the card.

Our card. Even though we never made it to have photos done, I think it turned out pretty awesome. Probably just because the adorable toddler makes it. :)

    So cute!!

    I love getting cards too! This year seems to be a little slow, I feel like this time last year we had way more! My poor ghetto card displaying ribbon looks so sad and lonely!

    And the only reason it has a bow, is to cover the tape that's holding it up! LOL. Maybe next year I will get more creative!

    Looks great! I think it has something to do with bloggers' personalities, the whole card thing! I feel the same way! Man, they were expensive this year, that's the truth!

    I loved your card. That design was one of the ones I made but ended up not choosing in the end. I love how simple but fun it is!

    Any photo with a toddler's face and not their blurry behind running away from the camera is a GOOD PHOTO :) Love this!
