On Thursday night, we had a not so nice thing happen to a dear friend of mine and her family. I'm not putting it out on the interwebs just in case, but it pissed me off royally and wasn't at all fair to put her family through.
But it happened. So Friday night, us ladies rallied around and headed to KP's house to hang out with her and her little one while her hubs were at work.
I love my ladies. I really love our quiet(ish) nights with our little ladies.
Baby Girl and KP (aka: Auntie KK)
Auntie KK with her two best girls, Kathryn & BG
Our friend KW came over for a little while. She tends to kind of come and go as she wants, so we don't see her and her little one very often. So we tried to get a shot of all three girls while they were all in one place.
Kathryn is always hitting BG in pictures. Always. I don't know if I'd keep that up if I were her. BG is going to be twice her size...
Us with our girls.
On Saturday, BG and I got up early and played for a bit before hitting up the mall. We had lunch with my grandparents, did some shopping and then met up with a friend of mine who was in town for the weekend. It was her first time meeting BG and she was more than smitten. Duh.
*and yes.. I'm wearing the same shirt I wore the night before. Judge if you must, but I knew it fit and it was right there. I'm sure you'll see it again soon as I currently have a very limited wardrobe.
On Sunday, Mr. Perfect had to work and I was feeling like bonk (not good), so BG and I slept and skipped church.
I know, I know. But I felt like I'd been hit by a car. Sleeping it off didn't help, but I gave it a good shot.
That afternoon, there was a little "fashion show" at the store where Mr. Perfect and KP work. Somehow, BG got signed up to do a little modeling.
Not going to lie, she was the cutest little camo model ever!
Yes, I said camo....
Sigh.. my little model. Not sure I thought I'd see the day when a child of mine was in a camo fashion show.
KP, Kathryn, Mr. Perfect, & BG strutting down the runway!
So cute!!!!
They did so good! Baby Girl even missed a nap for her modeling debut and still held it together.
Well until picture time at the end. Such a diva. She was over having her picture taken by this point!
BG conked out when we got home so I hit the hay again as well. We had such a good weekend but we were pretty busy.
Thankfully I have a pretty slack week at work. My parents are coming down this week as well, so I'm sure I'll have some time to rest when they get here. Hopefully this hit by a truck feeling will be gone soon. Mama needs some energy!

Camo model-too funny! I don't have many clothes (that fit) either and I don't care. I grab and go! I go back to work Wednesday and I am sure I will be a mess in all ways possible.
The babies dressed in camo are too cute! Love the camo fashion show!
Haha, those babies are adorable! Great pictures = )
You look adorable and chub free. I love the shirt and have zero judgment on the re-wear.
