A while ago, BG and I traveled down to Atlanta to visit the aquarium. We had family in town and met up with them there. It was actually my first time there although I have to admit, I didn't get to see much chasing this little one around. And she wasn't even walking that well at the time. Wow.
She was not having this Deepo character. She is not a fan of big "characters". She gets that honest from this girl. Disney is pretty far in our future (thank goodness).
BG loved the fish. She walked around pointing say "feesh, feesh". I pretty much thought it was the cutest. thing. ever.
BG with her great-grandma.
We took in the dolphin show while we were there. The little one wanted NOTHING to do with sitting still by this point, but every time the dolphins jumped up it grabbed her attention. She loved that part.
Pretty sure BG wore my grandparents out. We all had to go back to the hotel and "rest" a bit for dinner. Little did they know that "rest" these days means "chase BG around in circles". Ha.
We headed to dinner at an incredible seafood place that I cannot for the life of me remember the name of (this is why recaps aren't done months later silly girl...). BG got her first taste of corn on the cob and she loved it. Gag.
We left pretty quickly after dinner. Fortunately, the day of running around and hanging out with family wore her out and she slept the whole way home. I grabbed a Starbucks for the rode, cranked up the radio, and rocked out for the two hour drive home. Bliss.
