Most mornings we wake up to quite the chill and by noon it's 80 degrees and you're stripping out of all the clothes you just put on that morning.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to dress a kid to go to school in 30 degree weather and come home in 80?
Not fun.
And I'm posting about the weather. Also not fun.
The heat though has been a great reason to get up and get outside. And Baby Girl? loves her some outside time.
There have been after dinner walks in the wagon. There have been rock hunts. We've been out picking flowers. And lately, we've been blowing a lot of bubbles.
Sound super fun? Well it should.
We actually have bubble machines all over the place and I'm tempted to go buy more just because of the pure delight Baby Girl gets out of them. She squeals, she laughs, she chases them. I hear "look Mama! Big one!!" over and over and since I aim to please, I keep blowing them.
It's pretty awesome.
We've actually moved our wind down time in the evenings to the front porch. Sometimes just her and I, sometimes the three of us. It's perfect.
It's cheap entertainment and the perfect reason to slow it down some.
I'll take this wonky weather if it keeps bringing me these slow, sticky, hot afternoons with my girl. These are perfection.

Awww, I love to just slow down and enjoy the summer weather sometimes! She is adorable! I love those cheeks!
We've had wonky weather here too. It IS hard to dress the boys for it! And I think I need a bubble machine stat. G loves "bubbos!"
Love those two pictures at the bottom! My girls love bubbles too, but I don't have a machine like that! I'm going to go look into one now...I'm so tired of blowing all the bubbles myself! haha
Sweet girl! I love her hair in these pictures! :)
Your sweet girl is a beauty!!!!!! :)
