So I got tagged. A lot. But since I'm drawing a blank on blogging material at le moment anyway, I'm answering all the questions. So thanks Jill, Bonnie, and Laura for tagging me!

*I feel like a brat, but someone else may tagged me and I can't find that post in my Reader! I have the questions though, so I'll answer them, but I'm sorry I don't know who tagged me!

1. Do you have any nicknames? inappropriate = acceptable.
- Ever since I can remember I've been called the Joker. Because my smile turns up at the end. Whatever. I can rock it. And (can't believe I'm putting this on the interwebs), when I was in middle school, this annoying boy cornered me on the bus and tried to kiss me. I wouldn't let him and told him. He asked me "Why? 'Cause you got dookie on your lips?". Lucky for me, my pal Paul was sitting right there and thought it was hysterical. Love a 7th grade boy. So for years, seriously, I was called Dookie Lips. And I was popular. Whatever. Paul still calls me that. I would kill him if he wasn't a professional football player that could squash me. Stupid boy.
And my Dad calls me Jamona. I think that's it..
2. What's the last book you read? (and would you recommend it?)
- Ugh, Your Baby's First Year: Week by Week. Yea. I've been mommyfied.
3. Martini. shaken or stirred?
- Stirred. Always. And with gin. Martinis are not made with vodka!!
4. If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
- Ireland. My family is from there and I just think it's gorgeous. I want to go hang with the big boys!
5. What is your biggest pet peeve?
- Is it bad that I have so many I'm having a hard time thinking of the biggest one?? I guess I would have to say bad drivers. I have road rage so bad it's ridiculous. Get out of the left lane people!
6. What is your favorite Disney animated movie? (i.e. Little Mermaid, Cinderella, etc.)
- The Fox and the Hound. Hands down. "I'm a hound dog. Roo, Roo." Gah. so cute!
7. What is your favorite little debbie?
- Chocolate chip cakes. I have been known to eat an entire box in one sitting. No shame.
8. Who is your hero?
- I don't have just one. I'd go with my parents and brother for serving their country so well and for putting their lives on the line. And I'll go with the hubs because he has literally saved my life. And I love him. =)

1. What was the last movie you watched?
- We watched "Funny People" the other day. Well, we didn't finish it because the kid woke up. We don't really have much movie time anymore!
2. What do you wish you spent less money on?
- food. We eat out way too much. Way. Too. Much.
3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Hopefully finally in a job that I love in our dream house with Mr. P, BG, and maybe on other addition.. =) I just want to always be as happy as I am now. (cheese...)
4. What's your favorite non-alcoholic beverage?
- coffee. I drink it like water. I love it.
5. Where was the last vacation you took?
- Vacation?! What's that??
6. You're sick at home. Ramen Noodles or Campbell's Soup?
- Ramen. Always.
7. What's your favorite ice cream flavor?
- Cookies 'n cream. I'm actually not an ice-cream fan (gasp!), but I will kill some cookies 'n cream.
8. What's your favorite nail polish color to wear?
- the answer in which I prove one more time that I am not a girly girl... I don't do nail polish. If I manage to go somewhere and get my nails done, I usually just pick whatever color I like on the wall.

1. What clothing item is at the top of your wish list for Fall?
- OTK boots. I'm drooling for them..
2. How often do you get your hair cut/done?
- once again, not a girly girl. I'm rocking some serious roots right now and I only get my hair cut when I can convince AP to do it for free!
3. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
- Already answered this up top, but I would go to Ireland. Greece would be a close second.
4. What is your favorite clothing store?
- I don't have a favorite. I literally shop all over the place. Forever 21 is great for accessories, Gap is my go to for jeans, Old Navy is my go to for sweaters, Lands End for cardigans.. I could do this all day.
5. If you could get any spa treatment for free tomorrow, what would you have done?
- I just want a massage! I've never had one!
6. What is the best movie you have seen in the past year?
- no clue. I couldn't even tell you what movies I've seen this year!
7. If you could pick up and move to any place in the United States, where would you go?
- Charleston, SC. It's where I hope to one day end up.
8. What is your favorite season?
- Fall! I love the clothes, the football, the oyster roasts, the leaves changing (not where I live, but other places!).. I just love, love, LOVE fall.

1. Were you named after anyone? Where did you parents get your name?
- My middle name is my Mom's first name. My name my parents just liked.
2. What is your favorite cereal?
- Cheerios. I easily eat about three bowls a day. At least.
3. What is your most favorite thing about yourself?
- physically: my eyes. - emotionally/mentally: I have the ability to "not care". I tend to stay pretty true to myself ignoring what others are into, doing, etc. I just kind of go with the flow.
4. Scary movies or happy endings?
- scary movies. Love, love, love them. And happy endings are cheesy.. =)
5. Do you like pets? Have you any?
- I think I like the idea of pets more than actually having them.. I know that sounds weird but mine are making me crazy right now. I have three dogs and a cat; Duke, Lacy, Cash, and Ace. They've been displaced as the "kids" in the house and they do NOT like that. Oh well.
6. Have you ever met a famous person?
- I met Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck at the store I worked at in college. They were in there shopping. He's awesome, she was tiny. I've met Dan Quayle (does he count?). And Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were in the same hospital I was in December of 2004. I was having surgery and she had something happen when she was pregnant. We were on the same hall, but I missed them. Dang it!
7. Share with us two truths and one lie about yourself.
- Hmm... truths; I am very, very sarcastic. Probably too much so. And I laugh. A lot. I spend a good portion of the day laughing at myself, other people (oops), or whatever. I'd rather be laughing than anything else!
And a lie.. I kind of don't get this.. Sometimes I pretend that I'm interested in beauty tips and all that jazz, but honestly? I could care less. I wish I cared more!
8. What would your dream house be like?
- It would have a wrap-around porch, dark hard wood floors throughout, white wood outside, waterfront, clawfoot tubs in the bathrooms, arched doorways.. Clearly I've never thought about this!

Things that make me awesome... Oh where do I begin.. ;) i kid, i kid.
1. My front top two teeth are fake. Can't feel them at all. How I got two fake teeth, not so awesome, but having them... kinda cool!
2. I can always be counted on for a good laugh. Sometimes not on purpose! Whether it's making a klutz of myself or saying something ridiculously innapropriate, I will make you laugh at least a couple of times while we're together. I have a way of making a fool out of myself...
3. I can sleep through anything. Wearing anything. Anywhere. Anytime. I. LOVE. SLEEP. period.
4. I can't cook at all, but I can make a fierce mixed drink. Of any kind. It's a pretty impressive talent.
5. I can walk on the outside of my ankles. Actually I don't know if that's cool or freakish...
6. I can read my dogs mind. I kid you not. I always know exactly what's she been up to just by looking at her. You can't hide it from me.
7. That actually goes with people too. I'm ridiculously intuitive. I have a way of picking up stuff that I usually never want to know. More than likely, you can't keep a secret from me.. I've known that 4 of my friends were pregnant before they did.. just a little glimpse into my weirdom. (word?)

Thank you Jennifer! So I'm supposed to list 7 things that I love and then pass this on to 7 bloggers. For the sake of making this a little bit interesting, I'm not including Mr. Perfect, family, or the kiddos, because duh. We already know I love them.

1. shoes. 'Nuf said.
2. clean sheets. Nothing quite like climbing into a bed with fresh sheets.
3. beer. I can't help it. I'm a good 'ol Southern girl and can drink a beer with the best of 'em. I blame where I went to college. Bud Light was easier to find than water!
4. sports. I love everything about them. I love cheap beer, expensive hot dogs, cheesy jerseys, and the National Anthem. There's nothing like a good ball game. This includes baseball, football, soccer, etc...
5. music. you can have movies. I can barely sit still for them, but I've got the music. I can be kind of a snob about my music. sorry.
6. the South. I'm ridiculously in love with where I live. I've traveled all over this great country, and while I think there's great things about every area, my heart is in the Georgia clay. Yep... we have clay, not dirt. and it won't come out in the wash.
7. the beach. I die....

I'm Living With Norm Abram.

Not really.

But Mr. Perfect is in renovation mode something serious! Hence the reason I have not been blogging.

I literally had to climb over a king mattress, 2 box springs, and a huge mirror to get to the computer. I kid you not. The other day, a beautiful, sunny, southern day, I had the windows in our room opened while I switched out the closet from winter to summer. And I smelled it.

Our rug reeked. The owners before us used to lock their dogs in our room. Do you know what happens when you lock dogs up for a number of hours? I do. So I gave in to what Mr. Perfect has wanted to do for a while; rip up the carpet and put down tile.

I did NOT want tile in our bedroom. At this moment I'm for whatever gets that nasty carpet out of my house. Do any of you have tiled houses? Do you like them? I've seen it before and it always looks nice, I'm just still hesitant... Oh well. Pictures will follow!

On another note, I got tagged by Southern Bride to do this picture tag. I might have done this one before, but I'm already mentioned my love of being tagged, so I'm doing it again. =)

The Letter Game

1. Nighttime. Seriously, I can be exhausted from the minute I wake up til about 5:30 pm, but the minute the sun goes down I am wired!! This makes for many long days at work!!



2. Nightlife! This goes hand in hand with numero uno! I love being out at nite!! I might be part vampire. Except I hate blood. Guess that wouldn't work after all....



3. Nine West. Enough said. They make my favorite shoes ever. My everyday black sling backs... Oh I just love them!


4. Nickelodeon. Well old school!! Remember the good 'ol days of SNICK?!? Oh gosh I loved Saturday Night On Nickelodeon!! Clarissa Explains it All and Are You Afraid of the Dark were the bomb! (Let's throw some old school slang in while we're on the topic of SNICK!!) Whatever happened to good old fashioned TV?!?


5. Newlyweds.. No lie! I miss that time when it's all so fresh and new and the fights are heartbreaking and the makeups are amazing!! While I love a marriage 4 or so years in, there's nothing quite like those first few months years!! You'll never get to rediscover each other like that again!!

And.. Newlyweds the show!! Is it sad that I own all 4 seasons on DVD?!? I still watch it and so miss the way they were!! Oh Nick and Jessica.. what happened to you?!

6. Nanny. My grandmother who passed away when I was 15. I didn't really get to spend much time with her while she was alive, but she left a lasting impression on me. That lady was tough!! Plus she gave me my first sip of beer! Blame her for my college years!!


7. New York City.. I cannot say enough about my love for this city. I love the energy, the fashion, the people, the jobs.. Seriously. I could go for days. When I was growing up, I didn't want the typical get married, have kids, etc. life that so many women want. I wanted to move to NYC, live in a studio apt. by myself, and write. I have yet to visit, but it will never change my love for this city... Oh New York.. I love you!!!

Ok this might be older than time! This is actually my friend Brad and I our junior year of high school (that should tell you how many pictures I have on this computer!) in an English class I think. Last week of school so we were definitely not doing anything productive. Funny.. I look back at this picture and remember how fat I used to think I was in high school.. Oh the days before the Freshman 15 (or 30!). I'm actually still friends with this kid too. We went through a lot together during college and aren't as close but he's a cool cat. Ahh the memories...

3. Do you nap a lot? Nope.. I always wake up more sluggish and tired than I was when I went to sleep. And then I can't go back to bed at nite.. But I do love to sleep late!

5. What's your current obsession/addiction? I'm having a problem with Krispy Kreme doughnuts! I have no idea how they came back into my life but I can't get enough!!! They'll be the death of me I tell you...

6. What was the last thing you said out loud? "yea" as I agreed with something Mr. Perfect said. Yep, I've got lots to say.

9. What is your most challenging goal? To get in and finish vet school. I've finally decided that's my call in life.

11. Favorite Vacation spot? the beach. Which is dumb because I live at the beach but I can't get enough!!
