Christmas Tour

Today I'm linking up with one of my absolute favorites, Erin, in the Oh What Fun It Is series, as well as with Kelly to show you a bit of my Christmas decor.

I've tried to be toddler friendly with things, but I also didn't want a bare house so I have spent a lot of the last few weeks saying "no" and "put that back" and "Baby Girl we do NOT eat the tree!". However, she loves the lights and such so I'm glad we did it.

Her snowflake decorations

Baby Girl's Room:
There's a small tree in Baby Girl's room as well as a few other little touches. Her tree has a few pink and green ornaments on it. I think this tree is Mr. P's from before we even got married. We may need to invest in one of her very own one day.

There are about a billion lights on that little tree which is why it kind of resembles the burning of Atlanta. Oops.

Our Dining Room:

Christmas china that was a gift from my mother in law.

The Living Room:

We let the little one pick out the tree. It was a lot larger when she picked it out. However, we got it home to find out the trunk was all twisted so we had to cut about half of it off. So now we have a Charlie Brown teeniny tree. Super fun. Oh. And with a huge stalk up top that Mr. P was supposed to trim down but I don't see happening...

The bar between the dining and room living room. And yay! Christmas cards!

Our nativity set and a few other random decorations.

I really had all the best of intentions to make a Christmas card holder but, well, I didn't. This has really grown on me though.

Last but not least, our advent calendar which BG gets to switch each night before going to bed (clearly not tonight though....ooops).

So that's that. It's not much, but I love it. There's something about Christmas decorations that can make the home seem so much more homier. Love it.

Your decorations are simply gorgeous! And your house is beautiful as well! It looks so Southern to me for some reason, haha

Oh my, I am seriously LOL over you having to cut your tree in half. That is so hilarious. But really it all looks great, including your tree. Just the story itself is funny! Your decorations look awesome! We are still having to stay with our parents so I don't have any SIGH!!!

I had to laugh when I got to the end and saw you wrote that it's "not much" - this is so much more decorating than I do! It all looks fabulous and homey and very, very festive :-)
